A press conference at a trade show is one of the most effective forums for an important new product introduction or a significant company announcement. A press conference can be the ideal way to launch a new product — and may result in extensive press coverage. You can conduct a press conference in the press office (free of charge, first-come, first-served) or right in your booth. Hold A Special Event
At ISC, your booth will be competing for attention with hundreds of others. One way to increase visibility for your company is to sponsor a special event. E vents can range from a lively demonstration at your booth to a celebrity appearance. Arranging for a well-known personality to appear at the show on behalf of your company is a great way to generate excitement and draw attendees to your booth. Let us know – we’ll help promote your special event to press!
Arrange Press Interviews
With the concentration of editors looking for news, ISC is the ideal time to let the press know who you are. A few weeks before the event, mail an informal invitation or letter to editors at key industry publications. Let them know you will be exhibiting at the show and invite them to visit your booth to see your products and meet company representatives. You may also telephone to arrange for specific appointments.
On-Site Press Room
ISC will feature a fully staffed press room where you can distribute your press materials. Here’s a chance to let the media know about any exciting new products you are exhibiting, so make sure a supply of 40 copies of your press materials is available for the on-site Press Room.
